摘要 :

NH2-MIL-100(Fe) is a stable Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) possessing numerous tunable properties. In this lecture, we will present our research results on the successful modification of magnetic Fe3O4@NH2-MIL-100 (Fe) with aliphatic C8 and C18 carbon chains to create hydrophobic surface properties. We have then employed the magnetic Fe3O4@NH2-MIL-100 (Fe)-C8 or C18 in the purification of proteins with two strategies, reverse-phase mode and hydrophobic interaction mode. Both strategies have demonstrated that they could be more convenient and affordable method for protein purification in laboratory, with good purification efficiency and reliable performance.
